Leaf Plus Refund Policy

At Leaf Plus, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our refund policy allows you to return items within 14 days of receiving them.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Send the Item: Please send the item back within 14 days of initiating the return. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and items sent after 14 days of initiating the return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at service@theleafplus.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the quickest way to get what you need is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
